Cindy Delzoppo in Maryland and Delaware

As head of our Lot and Land Division, Cindy has been selling, listing & developing real estate in Maryland for over 25 years and has now expanded to Delaware.

She has built strong relationships with County personnel, contractors, developers, home builders, investors and special use buyers for land/farms throughout the state and is now building relationships in Delaware.

With her vast experience, she has the ability to successfully guide Buyers and Sellers through the complex processes associated with purchasing or developing land; custom construction; regulations; easement; zoning and timetables. Most Buyers/Sellers are not aware of the intricacies that come along with buying land and all of the associated regulations that must be met. Land buying or selling is very different than buying a resale residential home.

Sellers who are interested in selling their land tract should consider hiring a real estate agent that specializes in land properties and has a track record.

Prior to working with Northrop Realty, Cindy’s education is in civil engineering working in the private/public sectors as a site engineer/land/use planner, with extensive experience in land acquisition, development and project management spanning over 10 years before joining Northrop Realty.

In addition to listing and selling land in Maryland, Cindy is now in Delaware , selling and listing beach, residential/commercial and land tracts.
