Chris Searles in Snowmass Base Village

Chris comes to Slifer Smith & Frampton (SSF) with over 16 years of outstanding experience in the real estate world. He started his career in Breckenridge working for SSF back in 2004.
Prior to starting his real estate career, he was also the Director of Events for Breckenridge Ski Resort and Breckenridge Resort Chamber which gave him valuable insights into ski resort tourism and marketing. He then headed to the Roaring Fork Valley where he was brought on with East West Partners to sell the first phase of the Snowmass Base Village development. With expertise in
ski-in/ski-out new luxury development, he thoroughly enjoys helping his clients find their perfect mountain paradise. He is known by his clients as their trusted advisor, area expert, and friend. Chris has many distinctive certifications from experience including Aspen Board of Realtors Board of Directors, KCRAR Professional standards and Forms Committees, and ReeceNichols Executive and Chairman’s circles. Outside of real estate he enjoys living an active mountain lifestyle in this wonderful valley. A few of his favorite activities are fly fishing on the Frying Pan, mountain biking Valhalla on Snowmass with his son, or hiking along the Roaring Fork River. Most of all, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife Shelly and kids Nick and Georgia and with friends while surrounded by some of the most amazing landscapes in Colorado.
