Cecelia (Ceil) Besu is an accomplished real estate professional and leader with a proven track record of success in the real estate industry.  Over her many years in the business as Realtor and past  Manager of The Keyes Company,  The Pinecrest Office, The Palmetto Bay Office and The Falls Office, Ceil has driven the company’s growth, innovation, and strategic direction, positioning it as a leader in the industry. With over 40 years of experience, Ceil brings a deep understanding of the market dynamics to her customers.

Driven by a genuine enthusiasm for real estate, she is committed to assisting buyers and sellers in achieving their property goals. My journey began at Keyes Corporate headquarters in Downtown Miami in the 80’s.  I was mentored by Theodor Pappas, CEO of Keyes,  Fred Smith, and David Sokol all of whom instilled in me their values and fostered my belief in “Give the Best to World and the Best will come back to you”. 

Throughout her career, Ceil has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, inspiring and motivating teams to reach their full potential. She has a strong focus on fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the organization by promoting a shared vision,  In addition to her leadership abilities, Ceil possesses a strategic mindset and a keen business acumen. She has a proven ability to develop and execute innovative strategies that gets the job done. 

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ceil is committed to giving back to the community. She has actively participated in philanthropic initiatives and support causes, like the Dolphins Challenge Cancer, that align with The Keyes Company’s values. Ceils’ commitment to corporate social responsibility reflects her belief in making a positive impact beyond her business success. 

Outside of work, Ceil enjoys boating, cooking, traveling, reading, and enjoying great moments with the people she loves and admires. This balance between professional excellence and personal fulfillment reflects her holistic approach to life and leadership.
