Carmen Cordero in Miami, Florida

As a professional, I was born in Puerto Rico and relocated to New York City with my family during my childhood. I graduated from Hunter College, City University of New York in 1987 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and later earned a Master of Science degree in Special Education in 1991. For twenty-seven years, I had the privilege of teaching in the New York City Public School system before moving to Miami, Florida in 2012. In Florida, I continued my career as an educator, but this time in the private school sector. Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse population of students of varying ages and abilities. My experience includes communicating with parents, collaborating with and mentoring teachers, and working alongside administrators to provide the best possible education for all students. As a realtor, I bring a wealth of skills to the table, including organization, research, detail-orientation, flexibility, dedication, and loyalty. These skills have been honed throughout my career as an educator and will ensure that I am a strong candidate to entrust in the search for a new home. In addition to my professional accomplishments, I have also had the opportunity to travel the world. I am now based in Miami and look forward to utilizing my skills and experience to help my clients find their dream home.
