His professional journey culminated in becoming a distinguished Broker Associate with Steamboat Sotheby’s International Real Estate.
While rooted in Colorado since 1981, Bruce’s love for coastal living drew him to Florida, a place he and his family have cherished since his childhood. Expanding his real estate portfolio to the Tampa/St. Petersburg area, Bruce proudly serves as a licensed Real Estate sales associate with Coastal PGI. His extensive network spans from the peaks of Routt County, Steamboat Springs, CO, where he collaborates with The Boyd & Berend Group, to the pristine coastal landscapes of Florida.
Notably, Bruce made a memorable appearance on HGTV’s Log Cabin Living, Season 2 Episode 6, where he expertly guided clients in finding their dream log cabin retreat. Beyond his real estate pursuits, Bruce is a former President of the Yampa Valley Fly Fishers/Trout Unlimited Chapter, actively contributing to river conservation efforts in the Yampa Valley.
