Andrea Guillén has over 20 years of experience in the luxury market of Costa Rica, representing clients and buyers in the million-dollar range, providing exceptional services and strong negotiation skills to ensure successful transactions. With a true passion for what she does, along her real estate career she has built a massive network of high-value clientele that bring repetitive business and referrals to her company.

She started in the luxury real estate arena since year 2000, working with her mother and founder of the Company, Yali Alpizar. After graduating from high school, she expanded her English language skills attending the Extension School at Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts. Living in Cambridge as a full-time student, allowed her to relate with many people from different parts of the world and cultures, which later became part of her day-by-day experience working at Luxury Living Costa Rica.

In early 2006 she graduated as Licenciada in Environmental Health at the University of Costa Rica. Her educational background gave her the knowledge in areas such as urban development, housing needs, urban infrastructure, health services, zoning regulations and environmental impact studies.

As a luxury real estate specialist and partner of the company, Andrea is always seeking for innovation as leaders in the local luxury market, seeking continual professional growth and always keeping informed on the current trends in the market, mentoring her Agents with the best practices for delivering the best quality service to their clients and providing them with the most advanced marketing tools for their listings.
