Allie Winter in Salem, South Carolina

Allie enjoys the properties and people that she gets to represent. She thrives on challenges and takes pride in negotiating for her clients and helping them make decisions. Allie has a lot of returning clients which is exciting and rewarding. She is always on her toes or on the hunt for something in real estate!

As Justin Winter’s daughter, Allie has worked for the company since 2014. While attending Clemson University, she began as an intern and assisted as a client care representative and in the marketing department. She became a real estate agent and sales associate in July 2018.

Now Allie represents both buyer and seller clients. Having grown up in The Cliffs and The Reserve, she offers a unique perspective and first hand knowledge of what it means to live here. She has represented clients from the mid-lake region of Lake Keowee all the way to the Mountain Region of The Cliffs Communities. Allie is also passionate about taking on “different” listings. As an avid lover of horses and animals, she loves listing farms and equestrian properties.

Allie graduated from Clemson University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Animal Science and a minor in Business. She worked for Clemson University as a County Coordinator for Extension in Lexington County. There, she was in charge of Extension Agents that take the research from the University and distribute it in educational programs throughout the county. Her focus was on Youth Development and she enjoyed advocating on political levels for Agriculture endeavors in our state.

Allie lived on Lake Keowee since 2002 and feels very fortunate to now live in downtown Pickens just 5 minutes from her parents, her brother and sister-in-law Kayley, who is also a real estate agent with the firm. Her family includes 3 dogs with human personalities, 2 cats, a ton of chickens and 1 quarter horse. Allie grew up wanting to do nothing but ride her horse, and competed nationally and internationally in Show jumping and 3-Day Eventing from 2005-2014. When she is not working with luxury real estate clients, she enjoys being involved in city planning. She is also a very active volunteer with youth in her hometown of Pickens.
