Jesse Metcalfe of "Desperate Housewives" and "Dancing With the Stars" fame found a buyer for his Hollywood Hills home in about five weeks.

After cutting a rug as a contestant on “Dancing With the Stars,” actor Jesse Metcalfe has cut himself a deal in the housing market, selling his Hollywood Hills home of more than five years for $3.675 million.

Metcalfe, who was paired up with Sharna Burgess on the dance competition show, listed the 1930s traditional-style home in September for $3.995 million and had an offer in hand roughly five weeks later, records show.

The sale price registers as slightly higher than average for the Hollywood Hills/Sunset Strip area, where land prices start in the low hundreds of thousands and contemporary mansions built on speculation command eight-figure prices. In September, based on 19 single-family home sales, the median sales price was $2.9 million, up 8.2% year-over-year, according to CoreLogic.

Set just above the Sunset Strip, the gated estate sits behind mature hedges with a swimming pool and spa, a fire pit and an outdoor dining pavilion.

Inside, the roughly 3,500-square-foot floor plan has been updated with neutral hues, dark wood floors and double-sash windows that take in garden views. A marble fireplace and bar bookend the living room, which sits off the entry.

An updated kitchen, dining room and family room complete round out the common areas while the lower level holds a subdued lounge and separate workout room.

The primary suite — one of four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms — has been expanded to include a salon and a balcony overlooking the backyard.

The 41-year-old Metcalfe is known for his television roles on “Desperate Housewives” and “Dallas.” He currently appears on the Hallmark Channel series “Chesapeake Shores,” which in February was renewed for a fifth season.

He and his former partner, actress and Glamsquad executive Cara Santana, bought the property in 2015 for $2.975 million.
