This winery is a vineyard oasis and is producing exquisite wines that rival high-end wines across the world showing impressive results in competition including best of shows, double-golds, and gold medals. Being a turn-key business with a 4625 sq. ft. winery, complete farming equipment, 800-member wine club, and having a brand that is second-to-none in the Michigan wine business will set the new owners up for success on day one. Grape growing and wines include many cool climate varietals such as the ones you would find in Alsace, Burgundy, Champagne, and Bordeaux. Annual winey production currently is 7500-gal stainless steel program, 4000-gal barrel program, 1500-gal concrete program and 5000 bottle sparkling wine program. Wine quality has matured with strong brands in the white, white blends, rose, sparkling, reds, red blends, aromatized wines, grape brandies and spirits. A newly approved distillation license is included for the production and tasting of craft spirits. The success of the onsite tasting room and club membership has sustained a profitable business model without off-site distribution. However, mechanisms are in place for increasing production of certain popular wine brands to be offered in the distribution model.
