Boasting of 120 ft of beach frontage, Villa Doma offers a secluded escape, whether for simply relaxing at home with family, hosting vacationers or hosting a company retreat with the ability to accommodate full-service staff for up to 20 persons.
With rich and elegant interior, Villa Doma has seven elegant bedrooms in the Main House along with a game room that can be used as an additional bedroom. grandiose kitchen overlooking modern deck and pool area, as well as al fresco dining, relaxing pool cabanas outdoor basketball court. The great room features a 14 person dining table, 30 foot ceilings, state of the art entertainment system and a double sided indoor-outdoor fireplace. The space is fully air conditioned along with floor to ceiling screens and plush sofa seating.
Villa Doma can accommodate huge family gatherings with its 7 luxurious suites in the Main Villa . Offering four spacious ocean-view Suites with king sized beds, private terraces and tranquil ensuite bathrooms. Two Suites hold two double beds each, while an additional suite with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom faces the peaceful garden. Villa Doma’s 8th room in the Main House can be used as a game room or an extra bedroom with a queen sofa-bed and ensuite bathroom. The Main House also offers a fully equipped and state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen with Miele appliances and a gracious kitchen island. A separate 2,000 square foot Garden Villa that houses two queen size en-suite bedrooms upstairs with the lower level offering a private home gym and an additional chef’s kitchen also serves as staff quarters.
Cool off in The Infinity pool that is temperature controlled with color-changing LED lights, finished in black slate. The pool is complimented with a spacious deck done in Exotic tiger wood.
