The villa is located in the lower part of Faggeto Lario, reachable exclusively by lake. Just minutes from central Como by boat, the journey itself becomes part of the experience: you arrive across the water, step onto the dock, and walk up to the house. Nearby, you’ll find the Lido di Faggeto, waterfront restaurants, and panoramic hiking trails. Small boats can be rented without a license, or you can take the public ferry, which connects the property to the rest of the lake at a leisurely pace. No cars, no noise – just time.
