Villa with ‘Modern Architecture to be built in Noto, the capital of Sicilian Baroque and designed with care and great hallmarks by a renowned Sicilian architect, known for his attention to detail.
The architecture of the villa expresses tangible and distinguishing marks that make it unique.
The villa will rise a few kilometers from the historic center of Noto, and will be characterized by the landscape and a breathtaking glimpse of the Sicilian coastline from Syracuse to Portopalo, where the gaze puts together the most beautiful Sicilian beaches.

The design idea is that every space of the house should ensure that the future owners and their guests will be able to enjoy a unique view at every moment of the day.

The house is divided into scenic, essential and stereometric volumes that create a tangible architectural tension. The main volumes are clearly differentiated and emphasize the compositional play through the use of materials, distribution of transparencies, colors and dimensions.

The interior spaces will be fluid and dynamic yet distinct and delineated by material partitions that contrast with the lightness of the large windows, these high performance windows are fully openable, providing ventilation, natural lighting and insulation.

There will be continuity between indoors and outdoors to enhance the beauty of the outdoors; in fact, the project takes meticulous care of the interior space, but prioritizes the enjoyment of the house in the open air by opening up to the scents of the Sicilian countryside with large terraces. One of these, in particular, is stretched out towards the landscape almost like a belvedere; it is designed to act as a solarium, but also to enjoy the cool shade, thanks to a cover that extends for half its surface, ensuring large areas for rest and relaxation.
