Following the flow of the building's curving aluminum and glass walls, the kitchen flows into a lounge space and then into a dining area where a thick concrete column serves to visually define the space. The living area features a wall of sleek cabinetry with an integrated tv and premium Paradigm speakers that are connected to the home-wide Savant Pro sound system. This open living space is ideal for entertaining with enough space for a large group to mingle and enjoy the view.

The primary suite features an elevated minimalist design with black glass tile accentuating the ceiling and forming an accent headboard above the custom-built, white oak platform bed. The spacious ensuite bath is luxe-defined with black matte subway tile highlighting the oversized glass door shower and ceramic wood-look tile on the walls and ceiling. Gleaming chrome fixtures, including a towel warmer, and crisp, white quartz countertops complete the look.

Just off the kitchen is a light-filled office with a custom-painted geometric depiction of a Pacific Northwest-inspired mountain range. A wall of seamless white lacquer cabinetry perfectly hides away all the elements of a modern office, enabling the space to be multi-functional when needed. A guest bedroom with a deluxe bath is located on the opposite side of the condo. A stone frame outlines a slightly recessed nook for the bed and built-in cabinetry and drawers eliminate the need for additional furniture. The laundry room is located next door.

Built in 1973, the building and grounds underwent a $10 million modernization project that was completed in 2018. The renovation included an incredible park-like outdoor space that includes a secure and private terrace, bbq stations, and an inviting pool. The building's welcoming and secure entrance houses the 24/7 concierge service, security, and full-time on-site building manager.
