The villa, which is currently under renovation, is distributed on two levels.

On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a courtesy toilet, laundry/lounge area and a living/dining room with open concept kitchen, from which you can access the outside area where you can find the pool and the barbecue area. On this same floor are located three bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace from which beautiful sea views are enjoyed.
