The units can be purchased under a right to build (Baurecht) agreement or with a share of the land. A purchase with land follows the usual procedure. With the right to build agreement, the land remains in the possession of the landowner. The right to build is transferred in full to the buyer for an agreed period of time; in return, a leasehold charge is to be paid every six months. This scenario lowers the purchase price.
