Hugh Development and LUXE jointly announce that construction is underway on an all-penthouse luxury condominium community in Lake Oswego. The project, located at 21 D Avenue in Lake Oswego, is poised for completion by summer of 2023.
Hugh Development, a Portland-based real estate development firm known for energizing neighborhoods with artistically designed buildings, unveiled its plans for the high-end luxury residence at an invitation-only gala event in Lake Oswego on November 18, 2021.
