18th century Chateau with Palladian architecture

Unique testimony to Palladian architecture in the northern region, the Chateau de l'Hermitage was built between 1786 and 1789 by the architect Chaussard for Prince Anne-Emmanuel de Croÿ. This architectural gem, classified as a historic monument and a Unesco World Heritage Site, has been restored to its original splendor by passionate owners who are keen to pass on an exceptional heritage to future generations. In its green setting of 14 hectares, this chateau has a set of outbuildings more richly endowed with sculpted elements than the chateau itself. Many films have been shot there.
