With decades of real estate experience, Bill has a tremendous amount of professional insight when in comes to buying or selling a home. He entered the local real estate field in 1972 and has a long list of achievements and awards. Bill is a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Distinguished Sales Club, Quarter Century Club, Million Dollar Sales Club and Circle of Excellence.

Continuing education has played an integral role in Bill's success. He attained the National Association of Realtors' Green designation as well as their SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation. Additionally, he has taken course work in appraisals, management training and CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) courses. Most recently was twice a recipient of the New Jersey Monthly's 5 Star Real Estate Agent Award.

An area native, Bill grew up in Madison and attended St. Vincent Martyr School and Bayley Ellard High School. He received his bachelor's degree from Villanova. In the years that followed he married his wife, Susan, also a Turpin sales associate, and they purchased a home in Chatham, where they have lived since 1974.

Bill's professional style is deliberately low-key while still producing optimal results for buyers and sellers. He believes in a no-pressure sales environment, a personality trait that is welcome to buyers and sellers alike. Bill's main focus is always his clients as he addresses their unique concerns when it comes to housing.

For those relocating to Chatham, Bill is a wonderful resource of local information based on his own personal involvement with area organizations. He has been a member of the Chatham Borough Streetscape Committee, the Chatham Borough Green Initiatives Committee and the Chatham Borough Historic Preservation Commission. Always active in the community, he has held various roles in the local Little League, girls softball, Cub Scouts, the Chatham Area Chamber of Commerce, the Chatham Superintendent's Lafayette Avenue School Study Team, and the Chatham Borough Mayor's BID study team. He was also a Little League coach and volunteer fireman while living in Madison.

He and Susan have two grown children.

The decision to join Turpin was based on Bill's positive experiences when working with Turpin agents. “It has been my experience over the years that Turpin Real Estate has had an excellent reputation within the industry and with the public,” he says.

Amongst other things, Bill, brings his knowledge of the local area and real estate market to Turpin's Chatham Office. He welcomes your call, visit or e-mail.
