Shortly after graduating from the University of Alabama in 2005 with a degree in Real Estate Finance, Will Downing came to Telluride to pursue his love for rock climbing, and to further cultivate his passion for real estate. Will has since developed a visceral knowledge of the area, as well as strong relationships throughout the community, allowing him to match clients to the homes and properties that best meet their vision. He considers himself fortunate that many of his clients are now close friends. Practicing real estate in Telluride has afforded Will the life he’s always wanted. The opportunity to offer the same to others is what makes him truly passionate about real estate. What better way to impact his client’s lives than by connecting them with their new lifestyle, community, and Telluride escape. In his spare time Will enjoys big mountain skiing, fly fishing, climbing and looks forward to getting back to traveling with his wife Lacey, and their sweet and adventurous children Willa and Woods. Giving back to the community that has given him so much is essential to Will who is an active supporter of Telluride Mountain Club, Christ Church, One to One Mentoring, Telluride Foundation, and Telluride Arts District.
