Vivian Murciano

Vivian was raised in Miami, Florida, along with her family, who fled Cuba’s communist regime in 1962. As a child, Vivian proved to be smart, quick-witted, strong-willed, and fiercely independent. Vivian learned at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. But how was this lesson learned? A strong work ethic was instilled in her by her parents, who fled Cuba when they were in their 30’s. Vivian’s mother was a college professor, and her father an international banker who had coincidentally just won the Cuban lottery. Imagine waking up one day, having to pack one suitcase per person, leave your job, your friends, your home, your financial security, and the entirety of your world—all in pursuit of freedom. They never looked back. This was the example of principled thinking, perseverance, and the resultant work ethic that was instilled in Vivian. Upon those foundations, Vivian worked her way up the corporate ladder within Fortune 50 companies as Director of Sales, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move.

Vivian entered the real estate industry full-time when she transitioned from Corporate America over a decade ago, and her love for real estate grew as she navigated her own real estate portfolio. She understood how real estate is the path to financial wealth and also allowed her to help other people realize their own financial dreams. She achieved her goal and became a licensed realtor in Florida and Colorado, establishing strong relationships with like-minded partners, and obtained specialized education to help make the entire real estate transaction process as seamless as possible for her clients. She is a savvy negotiator, accepts challenges, and creates lasting trust and friendships with her colleagues and clients.

Yet it may be her personal qualities; self-initiative, uncanny intuition, professional demeanor, engaging nature, generous smile, and overall ease with which she connects with people that are her most valuable characteristics. Vivian has lived in the Denver metro area for over 26 years as well as spending extended periods of time in the Colorado mountain communities.
