Born in Italy and raised in Portland, Vince discovered his entrepreneurial drive early in life. Over the years, he’s built a diverse portfolio of ventures, including multiple restaurants and real estate offices. With more than two decades of experience in real estate, Vince has become a recognized leader in both high-end residential and commercial markets.
As a Principal Broker and strategic marketer, Vince has crafted highly effective campaigns that fueled a thriving, referral-based business and cultivated a network of more than 200 professional contacts. His deep expertise and personal approach have helped him close over $500 million in commercial sales and earn consistent accolades, including Top Producer honors from 2010–2017 and induction into the Diamond Club as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer.
Vince specializes in the acquisition of income-producing properties such as retail shopping centers and office buildings, along with overseeing construction and leasing operations. He’s personally negotiated over 5.9 million sq. ft. in commercial acquisitions and managed leasing portfolios exceeding 2.2 million sq. ft. His client base spans first-time entrepreneurs to seasoned investors—each receiving his signature guidance and passion for unlocking potential.
As a Foreclosure Specialist, Vince has orchestrated the sale of hundreds of HUD and REO properties, analyzing market data to advise clients on fair market values and creating scalable marketing strategies that reached a database of 1,000+ investors weekly.
Outside of work, Vince is a proud husband and father of two entrepreneurial adult children. He enjoys traveling, hiking, film, and the arts—always seeking inspiration in life’s experiences.
