As a licensed real estate agent with “The O’Neil Team” at
Signature Premier properties, Tori Wood constantly works to grow and enhance her
skills, education, and top-notch level of service. Growing up in Long Island New
York, she watched her father grow a successful business as a sole proprietor
where she quickly learned the level of hard work and grit it takes to operate a
business. For Tori, knowing what she wanted to do with her life came naturally
as she was constantly starting small businesses as a kid and door knocking
selling items in her neighborhood.
Tori obtained her Bachelors degree in Business Management at
the University of Tampa, Sykes College of Business where she intentionally
enrolled herself in courses such as negotiation, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
Although she took the time to seek out her degree, real estate was always on
her mind since high school when she attended open houses for fun, enjoyed helping
loved ones find homes, and fell in love with home design.
Tori is passionate about real estate because she has a
natural love for serving others. She understands that the buying or selling process
can be stressful as individuals are investing in their largest asset. Therefore,
her business is completely client focused, prioritizing communication, understanding
her client’s individual needs through empathy, and treating everyone like
family. Tori loves guiding families through the process of building their
futures and wealth through homeownership and she believes everyone in this
country deserves the resources and opportunities to achieve homeownership. Tori
strongly values constantly educating herself about the market and how to provide
the best service possible to ensure her clients are the most informed and confident
in this market. That is why Tori labels herself as a “life long learner” and
loves books, podcasts, and seminars about real estate or personal growth. Tori
also involves herself in volunteering opportunities, her local church, and fitness
and health.
