Tricia Gould

Originally from Kansas City, Tricia and her family were eager to escape the corporate lifestyle and spend more time enjoying life as a family. They moved to Vail full time in 2005 and began a luxury rental and home care property management business, Vail Valley Getaway.

Prior to this, she owned Property Boss, LLC a long-term rental company she grew it to the largest long-term luxury rental company in the valley and sold it generating just shy of $1,000,000 in annual revenue. Tricia and her family sold the management side of the business in 2019 to Moving Mountains and now simply operate as a luxury resort booking agent company. Tricia holds a Master’s Degree in Management and has strong sales experience ranging from Hallmark Corporate sales and marketing to Abbott Labs Pharmaceutical sales.

My entrepreneurial spirit and successful sales background made for a seamless transition into real estate. I quickly become a top-producing broker in the Valley, closing an average of over $25,000,000 annually. I specialize in real estate as an investment and consult with clients on remodeling, budgeting, and home staging to maximize returns.
