Tom is a Realtor Associate, GRI. who specializes in residential and commercial properties. He has lived in Pinellas County/Clearwater and Dunedin for 50 years, building an extensive sales knowledge of the area’s residential communities, business sites, and commercial marinas. His 28 years of professional experience with clients encompasses all aspects of real estate.
Has past experience in dealing with county programs and lenders with regards to first time home buyer programs, including different state programs providing financial assistance for those with physical disabilities in obtaining home ownership.
Through his guardian / attorney clients, he has dealt with many different types of residential and multi-family properties in the Bay area. These range from a 2-bedroom frame cottage and citrus grove in Plant City to multiple high-end and waterfront homes. Tom is well versed in assemblages of vacant land as well as zoning issues.
He received the Pinnacle award from the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors, (FGCAR), 4 years consecutively for sales in the top 10% of commercial properties. His proven ability to negotiate effectively has earned him working relationships with attorneys, guardians and trustees. Recent sales have included large multi-generational homes, luxury condos, business outparcels, and marinas throughout the Tampa Bay area.
As a former large-scale landscape and maintenance contractor, he had contracts with the following businesses including Federal, State and Fortune 500 entities: CRITIKON, a Johnson and Johnson company, MacDill AFB -Centcom Command Center, FL Department of Environmental Protection, Greenway Division- Cross Barge Canal, FL Department of Transportation, Shriners’ All Children’s Hospital including Shriners’ World Headquarters and H. Lee Moffit Cancer Research Hospital.
He is an avid boater and enjoys a coastal lifestyle with his wife and two dogs.
