Todd Hayes

As manager of Turpin's Oldwick office, Todd believes in providing extraordinary service not only to Turpin clients but also to the agents in his office. This supportive mindset is held not only by Todd but all Turpin staff.

The types of support Todd provides are wide-ranging. He loves to research market trends, brainstorm new marketing approaches, deliberate negotiating strategies, and provide hands-on assistance and training on Turpin's tools and technology. This is on top of the outstanding support already provided by Turpin's crack in-house agent support team. The goal is to support the provisioning of extraordinary service while helping every agent meet their personal goals.

Todd has over 19 years of regional real estate experience, with over 15 years managing real estate sales offices. He enjoyed an 18-year career with AT&T Bell Labs, Lucent Technologies and Corvis Corporation in the areas of semi-conductor laser manufacturing, optical network development and customer management. Todd led international teams in development, testing and deployment of early fiber-to-the-home networks.

Raised in Minnesota, he has a B.A. from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Minnesota. Todd has resided in central New Jersey for over 30 years in Hunterdon, Somerset and Ocean counties. In his free time, he enjoys windsurfing and canoeing salt and freshwater waterways, and hiking and skiing in the mountains. He is also a music enthusiast and guitar player.
