Tobias Hildebrand

As a young adult Tobias made the move from Ojai, CA to Santa Barbara, CA. He worked in the service industry at the Biltmore in Montecito before obtaining his real estate license in 1987. The first agency he was affiliated with was The Velto Agency. Alexander Velto was a legend in his own right. Over the past thirty three years Tobias has worked with countless individuals and families guiding them through purchases and sales ‘From Cottages to Castles.’ To Tobias, people are people, no matter what. Everyone needs a home and not just any home, the one that best suits them. Community is very important to him and enjoys connecting people as well as helping out in a variety of non-profit organizations. This is part of the reason he is beyond ecstatic to be a part of The Village Properties community. Tobias knows just about everyone, not only in the industry, but in the 805 area code. He has earned the title of ‘The 805 Real Estate Guy’ and beyond.
