Tim Mooney arrived in Aspen in 1970 with a pair of hometown friends, skis and a girlfriend with a car. He saw an 850-square-foot log cabin on Park Avenue and fell in love. He moved in paying $75 per month. In order to survive as an Aspen local, Tim became a jack of all trades. He spent years traveling the world being the tour manager for John Denver and road manager for Jimmy Buffet. Skiing being a primary passion, Tim worked for 23 years as a top teacher and guide on Aspen Mountain.
Mooney got his real estate license in 1991 in order to facilitate the transaction of Wildcat Ranch. He loves to embrace his creative side when searching for the perfect solutions for his clients. If you can qualify your needs, I can take you right to it.Visit Tim Mooney's Site
