GEORGE STREETER
BACKGROUND:
George Streeter is a true native. Born and raised in Vail, he offers his clients an intimate knowledge of the Valley. He is the son of a local artist and a former Olympic skier who tragically passed when he was young. George says, “early on, I developed a unique outlook on life and the world around me. I found solace in nature and resolved to live life to the fullest.”
EDUCATION:
University of Colorado – BA in Business
PERSONAL:
George and his wife, Rebecca, moved back to the Vail Valley in 2015 and spend most of their free time chasing their two children, Marley and Les. “If I am not working to help my client find their perfect mountain home, odds are I’m with my family in the woods, on a river or in the mountains somewhere. To me, there is truly no better place to be. We’ll see you out there!”
GEORGE LAMB
A native of New England, George permanently moved to Vail in 1974. As a full-time landscape painter, he founded and chaired the art department of the Vail Mountain School. He joined Rod Slifer at Slifer and Company on Bridge Street in the spring of 1979 and remained a full-time broker until late 2024. After decades of dedicated service in the real estate industry, George has decided to step back from directly managing client transactions. Together, we, Heather McInerny and George Streeter, are proud to continue providing the exceptional service and expertise our clients have come to expect. While George transitions to an advisory role, his wealth of historical knowledge, market insights, and deep understanding of community trends remain invaluable. With years of high-level production and a strong commitment to the Vail Valley, we are dedicated to ensuring our clients benefit from this legacy of experience and excellence.
