Molly Griffin
Molly Griffin is a consistent top producer with SSF, ranking #7 in the company in 2023, #9 in 2022, #13 in 2021, and #8 in 2020. Her success speaks to her innate ability to meet her clients’ needs with a high level of professionalism and integral personal knowledge of the Vail Valley.
A Midwesterner at heart, Molly is an Indiana native and University of Michigan graduate, where she played D1 varsity golf for four years. She learned at a young age that hard work, integrity, teamwork, and charisma make a solid recipe for success.
In addition to general real estate sales, Molly has unmatched expertise with real estate developments as the lead listing agent for The Ascent (2010), Brookside Park Signature Lofts (2014), and the new Riverfront Village at the base of Beaver Creek in Avon (2019-2024). She has twice been awarded SSF’s Customer Service Award.
Andrew Cryer
Andrew’s perpetual service approach has earned him a reputation for being incredibly responsive, dependable, and dedicated to clients’ needs, devoting the time and energy to anticipate challenges and guide clients through successful transactions.
Andrew was awarded SSF’s Rising Star award in 2017 and was ranked #26 in the company in 2022. He was a member of the Riverfront Village sales team and has represented buyers and sellers with some of the most prestigious legacy properties. He grew up ski racing at Ski Club Vail and is happy to now call the Vail Valley his home.
Eric Burgund
Eric’s success stems from the unique, personal approach he brings to each relationship, intentionally taking the time to understand his clients’ goals to ensure they feel comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire real estate experience.
Having served as the Director of Marketing for SSF for 10 years, as well as Director of Digital Business Development, Eric brings unmatched marketing expertise to the team. Within SSF, Eric was ranked #13 in 2023, #15 in 2022.
He was a member of the Riverfront Village sales team and is known for his creativity, attention to detail, and friendly approach, making every step of the process easy, thorough, and enjoyable for his clients. Originally from Cape Cod, MA, Eric moved to the Vail Valley 25 years ago.
Shannon Mills
Shannon made the move to real estate after a lengthy and successful sales career in Beaver Creek’s luxury art market. She brings the same enthusiasm, effective communication, and tenacious work ethic that made her the gallery’s top seller to each real estate experience.
Building meaningful relationships is Shannon’s specialty. She is passionate about connecting clients with the unique lifestyle of the Vail Valley and helping them find their home in the mountains. Originally from South Carolina, Colorado has proudly been home to Shannon for 30 years.
