Teri has been selling Real Estate in the South Bay for over 20 years, specializing in residential and investment properties. She grew up in Palos Verdes and then went on to complete her undergraduate at UCLA. She spent the following years in Manhattan Beach, where she began raising her 3 sons, before relocating her family to Palos Verdes.
Having lived and worked in both Manhattan Beach and Palos Verdes, she understands the nuances of the different neighborhoods and areas in the South Bay Cities.
Teri believes in the importance of giving back to your community. She is a lifetime member of Sandpipers and has been involved with the Manhattan Beach Education Foundation, the Peninsula Education Foundation, and Vistas for our Children.
This love of working with people to better the community permeates through to her work. She loves being able to help her clients through the process of buying and selling their homes, navigating them through an often stressful and always important decision by utilizing what she considers to be her strongest assets, her communication and negotiation skills.
