Ted started his real estate career in 1992 so he knows how to ride the ups and downs of the market. A combination of analytical (with graphs, data tables, charts and other methods garnered from his degree in Physics) and subjective (based on his understanding of the market and for what purchasers/sellers are looking) aspects gives you the best position to undertake the selling or purchasing of a home. From there, discussions of strategies to sell your home or present an offer set expectations so you know what the road ahead holds.
