Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, Tania came to Costa Rica after graduating from the Kyiv State Technical University of Construction and Architecture with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Tania immediately fell in love with the green magic of Costa Rica and the human warmth of the Ticos, from which the idea of putting down roots in this blessed land was born, which led her to complement her professional training with studies in the field of Tourism.
Tania has a license as a General Tourism Guide of Costa Rica, working for several years in the area of receptive tourism, with international tour operators. In addition to her professional training, Tania is fluent in four languages: Russian, German, Spanish and English, which has allowed her to interact with clients from various regions and cultures around the world, creating an important network of international contacts, who have remained faithful to her services over the years.
Her extensive knowledge of the country is complemented by her organizational skills and her natural ability to work under pressure. By providing the highest level of customer service, the experience of working with tourists took her into the world of real estate, strengthening her professionalism in the area of human relations. Tania stands out as a very sociable, communicative person, full of positive energy, optimism and with a desire to help her clients find the place of their dreams and meet their goals.
In her personal life, she is the mother of two children, a businesswoman and an entrepreneur of new life projects. She likes to walk, swim, practice yoga and meditation. She is very grateful to God for all the changes and new opportunities that come her way from day to day.
