Susan has been selling residential real estate for over 35 years. She is a 4th generation native Californian and takes pride in our county. She has lived in the San Diego area since 1965 and attended junior and senior high schools in La Jolla and continued her education at the University of California, San Diego class of 1974. Susan is a well-respected professional in the industry and enjoys the thrill of connecting clients with their dreams, within their means. She has a solid base of repeat business and has sold and marketed property to several generations in the same families over the years. Her children attended schools in Del Mar and Solana Beach areas, making her not just knowledgeable about the districts but firsthand experienced in the educational system. Susan considers herself a facilitator and listens to her client’s desires and expectations to enable a smoothing transaction ensuing a successful closing. She understands the importance of working well with fellow agents and maintaining a positive, professional manner throughout the process.
