GUIDE Real Estate
[email protected]
Sacramento, California, United States

Stephanie grew up in Loomis and Granite Bay, attending Del Oro High School. She is an Arizona State University graduate, studying business and mass communications.

Her love for real estate is in her DNA; her parents have owned a commercial and residential construction company for over 40 years. Her family has helped build and develop Folsom, Granite Bay, and El Dorado Hills, most notably Los Lagos, as well as parts of Sacramento, including Pocket, East Sacramento and Midtown. Her great-great-grandfather is the late Frank Squeaky Williams, famous for his Tudor-style masterpieces (as well as some Tuscan style and Mid Century Modern homes) in Sierra Oaks, Sierra Oaks Vista and Land Park. He is perhaps less known for subdividing Wilhaggin as well as Del Dayo Estates. Her great-grandparents are the late architectural and building team, John and Mary Barden.

It is no surprise, that she lives for real estate.

Her passions include going above and beyond for her clients, Mid Century Modern architecture, real estate investing, fixing up her own Mid Mod in Sacramento, coffee, fitness, and travel.

Her specialties include helping clients downsize, simultaneous purchase and sales, Mid century modern homes, and helping her satisfied clients achieve their dreams. While she is here to stay, she is very experienced in assisting families with exiting the Sacramento market and saying goodbye to California.

You can find Stephanie at East Sac Fit or Arden Hills working up a sweat (or having a cocktail). She’s also a regular at Temple Coffee, Wildwood, and Origami. She loves her office at Ice Blocks in Midtown where you can see her in action, “Selling Sacramento.”

To Stephanie, a closed sale is so much more that that. It’s a finish line that maybe felt out of reach. It’s a dream that turned into a reality. It’s a family’s legacy, realized.
