Shilo’s family moved to the Roaring Fork Valley when she was 3 years old, and ever since then, she has called this valley home. The active mountain lifestyle she has cultivated through the years has kept her here. From annual trips up to the Maroon Bells, early mornings up Independence Pass, to relishing in local favorites like Paradise Bakery, there is just something special about this valley that can’t be replaced. As a local of the Roaring Fork Valley for over 35 years and experience in real estate since 2007, one of her core values is supporting local small businesses in the valley. Her expertise lies in commercial real estate, leasing sales, and management. She previously ran her own business for 10 years in the renewable energy industry.
