Sammi Lim

Sammi Lim is the Founder and Executive Director of Brilliance Capital. She draws from more than 17 years of comprehensive industry experience and can count more than S$7 billion of transactions to her credit. Prior to founding Brilliance Capital, she spent more than a decade with a leading international real estate agency and achieved outstanding success in brokering high value deals. She is one of the highest producing professionals in the companies, the highest any producer under 35 has achieved in the short span of years. At age 31, she was appointed Director, the youngest person to have assumed a leadership role in that international real estate firm at that age.

Her energy, enthusiasm and pro-client approach to handling sales has earned her several notable awards. In 2012, she was also a finalist for Young Professional of The Year at British Business Awards 2012. And in 2019, she was a finalist for Property, Infrastructure and Construction at Women of the Future Awards Southeast Asia 2019 and Women of the Built Environment Award at RICS Awards 2019. Prior to establishing Brilliance Capital, Sammi was CEO at a Singapore ultra-high net worth family office. She was responsible for setting the strategy, direction, as well as creating a vision for success for the company with an AUM of SGD3 billion internationally.

Sammi’s strength and focus include assisting and advising public listed companies, property developers, local and foreign private funds, associations, government statutory boards, family offices and ultra-high net worth individuals on acquisitions and divestments of investment grade properties and development sites. Echoing her beliefs which are never doing the same thing twice, every property is different, every buyer is different, never wait for things to happen, make them happen for yourself.

In addition to coaching agents to becoming elites in the industry, she has been invited to speak at real estate events too. She believes that Singapore is among the best places for foreign investors to park their wealth, and the property market remains attractive with a high level of confidence, especially with pro-business governance.

Sammi holds a strong believe in philanthropy and is passionate about giving back to the community. She serves as a Community Grassroot Leader, as assistant treasurer LadiesFirst which is a platform for women, by women and committed to enabling social mobility by uplifting the lives of all women in need. In addition, she sits on the board of director of Industrial and Services Co-operative Society Limited (ISCOS), a government linked co-operative in Singapore that actively engages the community to help ex-offenders gain a foothold in society.
