Ryan Knowles in The Bahamas

Ryan Knowles has frequently been cited as one of the leading realtors in The Bahamas, selling well over $200 million of real estate in the past few years. With a focus on luxury and new development properties, he has garnered an excellent reputation in the industry and counts successful entrepreneurs, CEOs and developers as some of his top clients.

Among his most significant sales are a $16 million beachfront mansion on Paradise Island which still holds the record for the highest price per square foot ever achieved in Ocean Club Estates, and a penthouse condo at the Ocean Club Residences & Marina which sold for just under $7 million. In 2021, he sold the penthouse at Thirty-Six Paradise Island, shattering the price record for the building by nearly 30%.

Since making history as the youngest Bahamian ever to qualify as a licensed real estate agent, Ryan has added other noteworthy achievements to his résumé, including being awarded the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing in recognition of attaining knowledge, experience, and expertise in the fine home and estate market in The Bahamas. This designation places Ryan in the top 1% of all licensed agents in the U.S. and the Caribbean.

When he’s not selling million-dollar houses or traveling to real estate conferences, this Paradise Island resident is active in his Bahamian community. As a strong believer in giving back to the community, Ryan played a critical role in establishing the Community Leadership Centre – a not for profit organization dedicated to improving the reading, math and all-around leadership skills of underprivileged, inner-city children in Nassau.
