As a 28 year Resident of West Miramar, moving to this city in 1995 at the beginning stages of the city’s early growth and development, Rosie fought alongside fellow residents with passion to ensure this new city grew into the vibrant most desired place to raise a family in Broward county. She raised three children, and all attended public schools in Pembroke Pines and then
in West Miramar as demand grew and schools were built.
Born in Cuba, and migrated as a child Rosie’s first language is English but is fluent in her native Spanish language. She grew up in New Jersey as a child and moved to Miami in the mid 80’s after college graduation. With an extensive background in Sales and Hospitality, currently over 23 years working in Miami’s prestigious neighborhoods of Key Biscayne and Coconut Grove, Miami at The Ritz-Carlton hotel company. She brings a wealth of experience in hospitality and excellence in Customer service with a reputation of honesty, trustworthiness and superior negotiation skills. Leveraging her experience and now service as an invaluable resource to a diverse set of buyers and sellers across Miami and Broward counties.

When not assisting clients, Rosie enjoys spending time with her husband Walter, her adult children, her grandsons Lucas and Ethan and her sweet Penny Lane her miniature Piebald Dapple Dachshund. She also enjoys traveling, trying new cuisines, entertaining family and friends, and most nights relaxing at home in Miramar with a good book.
