Rodrigo Iglesias co-brokered the Westside’s Premier Guard Gated Community – Brentwood Country Estates, originally owned by Conrad Hilton consisting of 250 acres surrounded by 1000’s of acres of conservancy land. In this community Rodrigo co-brokered with Rick Hilton the 13 estate lots with homes ranging from 7,500 to over 25,000 sq. ft. of interior living space. Along with Chairman Rick Hilton, Rodrigo sold the $50 million Grand Malibu Colony development site and sold out Malibu Colony Estates.
