Robert Sameth, Jr. has successfully executed and managed global advertising campaigns for financial institutions and corporate accounts since 1996. As an account manager, Rob developed and executed marketing and communication strategies for clients. Leveraging this experience, he understands that each property requires a unique perspective and a sound marketing strategy to accomplish client goals. Partnering with buyers and sellers, Rob works diligently throughout each process. He assists buyers in identifying and prioritizing their key purchasing factors and then locates properties that meet their objectives. Leveraging his background in marketing, Rob understands that each property requires a unique perspective and a sound sales strategy to accomplish the goals of the seller. The ethical manner in which Turpin operates attracted Rob to the Mendham office. He understands that customers and clients expect timely and accurate results. Rob brings all of this expertise and experience to his real estate negotiations. A New Vernon native, Rob graduated from Gill St. Bernard's School in Gladstone. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Salve Regina University in Newport, R.I. His intimate familiarity of Morris and Somerset Counties is an asset to his clients. As an active member of The Church of Christ The King in New Vernon, Rob is ardent about his community. He and his wife enjoy playing golf together at Baltusrol Golf Club and live in Morris Township.
