Pierre GEMIN in Finistère / Morbihan

After a successful career as a navy officer, Pierre reconverted into character real estate. Today, he is a professional appreciated by his clients for his attentiveness and his initiatives towards them as well as his knowledge of the Breton real estate market in Finistère and Morbihan, of which he has become a specialist.

He works in partnership with Luc Malnoy and Rose Vignat. This dynamic team benefits from the particular skills of each one. Thus, where Luc brings his commercial experience from a job he has been practising for several years, Pierre makes the team particularly benefit from his rigor and proven technical skills for a perfect service for Mercure customers.

Pierre is married to Sylvie and is the father of 3 grown-up boys and grandfather of 2 charming little girls who will soon have a little brother. Very active, he is also involved in veterans’ associations. He is also a musician and singer, he plays several instruments such as the bagpipe, the flute and the accordion and currently sings shanties.
Pierre is fluent in English and can speak Spanish and Portuguese.
