Patricia Sun

Patricia is very passionate about women’s rights and grew up admiring the strong, successful women in her life. Her grandmother set such an incredible example for her proving that with hard work and tenacity you can build an incredible career and family no matter what obstacle comes your way.

Earning multiple degrees from Queen’s University, Patricia became a Political Advisor under the leadership of Ontario Premier Mike Harris. Patricia personally advised many leaders in the portfolios of Municipal Affairs and Housing, Citizenship and Women’s Issues, and Consumer and Commercial Affairs.

Pursuing a career in Real Estate was an easy decision for Patricia as the business embodies her genuine love and interest for connecting with people. “I am happiest when I’m meeting new people and believe that no matter who you meet, that they are in your life for a reason.”

Patricia deeply believes that life is all about learning and expanding your mindset.

“If you have the right perspective, you can learn something new from every person you meet.”

Patricia is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, which sets her apart and brings ease and clarity when communicating and connecting with International buyers.

During her 10 years in Real Estate, Patricia has earned notable awards such as the Chairman’s Award, Executive Club Award and the Platinum Club Award.

She is described as warm, motivated, polished and driven by her coworkers and clients.

She fights for what’s right at all times and is passionate about putting her family first and encouraging them to realize their dreams. Patricia lives in Richmond Hill with her husband and two children.
