Patricia Ratner

Born and raised in Michigan, Patty graduated from U of M with bachelor’s degree in Psychology and spent time on both the east and west coasts working as a counselor, accountant, and a small business owner. With a love for real estate and design, her travels allowed her the opportunity to visit amazing places and observe beautiful estates. She purchased and built many homes over the years and her passion for architecture fueled her career in real estate. Patty spent 11 years in as a Realtor in New Jersey. Her ethical approach and concierge level of service created lifelong clients that trust her with all of their real estate transactions.
Being back in northern Michigan, among the glorious natural beauty of the great lakes, she has spent time hiking, participating in water sports, reading, gardening, drawing, painting, and enjoying her dog Hamilton and her wonderful family. Patty enjoys traveling and exploring different parts of the world but is always happy to come home to Traverse City. She believes community involvement is extremely important and she supports local nonprofit organizations, volunteers at the community YMCA camp, and donates blood on a regular basis. Her clients say it’s her practical perspective and honesty that they love most.
