Pat Ferraris

I have lived on Oahu for 32 years and have been a licensed Realtor for over 40 years. Additionally, I am a retired Intel Corp Asia IT Director and have worked and lived throughout the Asia Region. Originally I am from the Northern NJ (Ridgewood, Bergen County) and Manhattan (NYC) areas.

Real Estate has always been a passion of mine and I am proud to represent my Buying and Selling worldwide clientele. Professionally, I have been recognized by the Honolulu Board of Realtors as an Aloha Aina Finalist and hold multiple Professional Real Estate Certifications: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS- only 4% of US Realtors achieve this designation), e-Pro, Military Pro, SRES (Senior Residential Specialty) along with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Masters in Psychology and one year of Law School too! My Hawaii Broker’s License will be achieved in 2020 (a promise to myself!!)

When not developing real estate (especially vintage homes in Honolulu, Kaimuki, Diamond Head, Portlock, Koko Kai and East Oahu, Lanikai and Kailua) and representing my Seller/Buyer Clients, I raise AKC Silky Terriers (Maile Kennels) and have 1-2 litters per year with most placed here in the best Oahu homes and/or with Clients on the US Mainland. My other passion is Theatre and we are philanthropists in Hawaii Theatre both financially and with our Silky Terriers as Actors on stage, Film and even on Radio. Our Grand Champion, AUS CH Balkana If Walls Could Talk ‘Winston’ has Best in Show Awards and Best of Breed wins at Westminster Kennel Club (NYC), The National Dog Show (Philadelphia) and Awards of Merit (Crufts, Birmingham United Kingdom).

I maintain homes in the Diamond Head area and own a North Shore multi-family oceanfront which is currently an Executive Rental.
