As a Las Vegas native, she has extensive knowledge of the Las Vegas real estate market and has established valuable relationships in her nearly 17-year career. She continues to be a top producer while placing tremendous care and professionalism to each of her clients. She is a mother to a daughter
named Ava and enjoys traveling, skiing, and cooking.

After graduating from UNLV, Nicole Tomlinson began her real estate career in 2004 at American Invsco, a large condominium developer where she worked in their west coast acquisition division. After successfully acquiring large apartment developments and converting them into luxury condominiums, in 2006 joined Scripps Resources International, Inc., a boutique real estate firm in Las Vegas. In her first two years at Scripps, Nicole closed over $600 million in real estate transactions. In 2012, Nicole joined Northcap as the President of the company overseeing the residential division of the company. While at
Northcap, her duties included Director of Sales at Palms Place
Condominiums in 2014, which was the number one selling high-rise building
in Las Vegas. She was responsible for selling over $50 million in sales annually. And in January 2017, Nicole decided to direct her efforts towards solely selling luxury real estate and joined forces with Ivan Sher and the top producing luxury sales team at The Ivan Sher Group.
