Nicole “Nikki” Ragonese

Before entering the real estate field, Nikki spent ten years in educational publishing, most recently as a program manager. This experience sharpened her organizational, problem-shooting and communication skills, attributes that serve her well in the Chatham Office.

Nikki has a BA degree in communications from Muhlenberg College. Active in the community, she volunteers with the National Interscholastic Cycling Association coaching youth mountain biking for ages 11 through 18 and is affiliated with the CMS (Chatham, Madison Summit) Trailblazers. In 2018, she became a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, Livestrong instructor and Delay the Disease Parkinson's exercise instructor. Additionally, in 2019 Nikki was selected to be a Trek women's advocate. She also runs the New Jersey state women's racing cup in cycling.

The active life appeals to Nikki and her husband who run a biking racing team together. Her favorite vacation destination is Paris, a city she looks forward to visiting again. A lifelong Morris County resident, Nikki lives in the Convent Station Section of Morris Township with her husband, daughter and German short-haired pointer, Chuy. Her firsthand knowledge of the area can help relocating buyers with information about neighborhoods, school districts, recreational opportunities, commuting and more.

Clients and co-workers describe Nikki as someone who is driven and determined to succeed at anything she puts her mind to. “I also love to help people, and so I am excited to help them find wonderful homes or sell their existing homes so they can move on to their next phase of life,” she says.
