Natalie Wetherington grew up in Sarasota, FL and has lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 28 years. She is the first of her family to be born in the United States, after her parents and sister moved here from England and Wales. She has been married for over 25 years, with two adult children.
She serves the entire Tampa Bay Area and within an hour of Tampa, including St. Petersburg and Sarasota, selling the “beaches to the ‘burbs”.
Real estate, wealth-building through Real Estate, traveling, adventure, helping others, family and her beloved dogs are Natalie’s true passions in life.
She is a proud graduate of Florida State University. Her career path is a unique one that exemplifies her well-rounded and extreme work ethic and easy-going personality. Before real estate, she did a variety of work, including working on a cruise ship (think Julie from the Love Boat), leading a top performing sales team at Tech Data Corporation and working as a high-profile Personal Assistant and Estate Manager for 13 years.
Natalie has bought, sold and managed her own investment properties for over 28 years, so it was a natural transition for her to dive right into real estate full time when she had the opportunity in 2013.
Her husband eventually joined forces with her to expand her real estate business and together they have sold over $57 million in Real Estate.

She and Eric are also AirBNB Superhosts and own their own vacation rental properties, their “Happy Shacks” in Sunset Beach, FL, Ybor City, Tampa, Fl and 5 acres of land and tiny homes in Franklin, NC.
