Natalie Binder has deep roots in the Telluride area, so it was only natural that she landed in Telluride nearly 20 years ago after moving from Wyoming. With an undergraduate degree in Hospitality and a Master’s in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, she forged a career in both industries beginning with the development team at Lumiere in Mountain Village. After launching Lumiere on the sales and marketing team with Sotheby’s, she opened the hotel as the General Manager. She spent nearly 8 years managing Exceptional Stays – a luxury management company and launching international markets in Mexico, Spain and Switzerland. Currently, she is a partner and developer at CampV – a new boutique redevelopment project just an hour from Telluride. Natalie previously served on the Mountain Village Town Council and the Mountain Village subarea committee. She is a current board member for the non profit West End Trail Alliance and founded an arts non profit – WEarts.
