Monica Montany in Snowmass Base Village

Monica comes to Slifer Smith & Frampton with 8 years of expertise in the real estate world, including with new developments, investment properties, and property management. After moving to the Aspen Snowmass area in 2007, Monica began working in association board management, which gave her a good foundation of knowledge for when she moved to New York City to work as a real estate agent. After several years in Manhattan, Monica decided to bring her skills back to the mountains the pursue real estate in the Aspen Snowmass Area. She is now living the mountain lifestyle again and she is very passionate about helping others experience it as well. Whether she is assisting clients in buying a new home or taking a few laps on Snowmass with them, they pride her on her organization, punctuality, and honesty.

When she isn’t working, you can find her hiking up the Ute trail, enjoying a drink on the deck at Venga Venga, or hanging out with her boyfriend Austin and their Brooklyn rescue cat named Meow Meow. She is an avid supporter of the community in Aspen Snowmass. Amongst her favorite organizations are Aspen Community Theater, the Buddy Program, and Challenge Aspen.
