Michael Rossi

Michael Rossi is the founder and principal broker of Elegran Real Estate. He started the company to re-envision New York’s outdated real estate brokerage industry to provide more transparency and better quality service to his clients.

Michael has worked tirelessly to fulfill his vision of creating Elegran’s technology-enabled, data-driven business model. This model incorporates state-of-the-art technology with in-house marketing professionals, allowing brokers to focus their time on clients rather than marketing and lead generation, which has allowed Elegran’s agents to grow their business three times faster than traditional firms.
Under Michael’s leadership, the company has built a sound reputation, establishing Elegran as a trusted and reliable brokerage in New York City. Elegran has built a strong working relationship with most major residential real estate developers in Manhattan, granting its agents access to significant new development projects. In addition, Michael’s connections in mortgage banking, legal, taxation, title provide endless resources and impeccable service to Elegran’s clients.

Michael has transacted over $3 billion in real estate over his career. Prior to Michael’s entry into the real estate industry, he managed a trading desk for a boutique hedge fund and ran client service operations for a Wall Street brokerage firm with over $600 million in assets under his management. His clients have included major corporations, hedge funds, mutual funds, insurance companies, and high net worth individuals.

Michael is a native of Westchester County and currently resides in Bedford Village with his wife, his son, Solomon, and his daughter, Arabella. He attended the London School of Economics and has international real estate experience in the Caribbean, Costa Rica, and the United Kingdom.
